Sensex Nifty Today — The rise in Asian markets also weighed on Indian indices in the morning. The BSE Sensex gained 100 points to close at 48,760; The NSE Nifty Fifty Index crossed the 14,650 mark.

Shares of Bajaj Auto, ONGC and Bajaj Finance were the top gainers in the Sensex this morning. 1 percent gain in these stocks.

Among other personal stocks, IDBI Bank is up 13 percent. IDBI’s move comes after the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs approved the sale of the bank’s stake.

The committee has also decided to hand over the management control of IDBI Bank. Industry-based price indices are all trading in the morning gains. Among them, the Nifty Pharma index is leading by 0.9 percent. Today, 25 companies are preparing to release their financial figures for the March quarter.

Bitcoin is slowly waking up in the internet world after the Bitcoin crash. Bitcoin, a cryptocurrency that touched $ 63,500 on April 13, plunged to $ 49,000 10 days later.

Sensex Nifty Today | Market Closing ; The Sensex was up 272 points and the Nifty was up 14,700 points

There is no cure for daily Covid cases in India. Investors are cautious. As a result, the market witnessed sluggish trading on Thursday. Indian indices ended the day ‘safe’ without major ups and downs.

Today was also the closing day of the weekly ‘F&O’ contracts (futures and options). The Bombay Stock Exchange index saw only 400 points movement during the day.

Nifty Sensex Live — At the close, the BSE Sensex was up 272 points at 48,950 (0.5 percent). Bajaj Auto is the biggest gainer in the Sensex today, up 2.5 percent. HDFC, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Nestle India and Kotak Mahindra were among the gainers today.

On the other hand, Bajaj Finserv, Powergrid, ONGC, Sun Pharmaceuticals, IndusInd Bank and NTPC were the biggest losers.

The NSE Nifty Fifty Index closed at 14,725 points today; 107 points higher (0.7 percent). Thirty-five out of 50 companies in the Nifty traded higher on Thursday.

Hindalco, Wipro, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Eicher Motors and Bajaj Auto were the top gainers in the Nifty. Today, broader markets are also able to keep pace with benchmark indices.

The BSE Midcap Index gained 0.9 percent and the BSE Smallcap Index gained 0.6 percent. Shares of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, IDBI Bank, Emphasis Bank, Jindal Steel, Coforge, Angel Broking, Datamatics and Subex gained significantly in the wider markets.

The Nifty Public Sector Bank and the Nifty Index were the biggest losers in the industry-based price indices. The wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty fell by 1.2 percent.

The pharma index also fell 0.3 percent. On the other hand, Nifty metal and Nifty IT indices performed better.
